The RICOH G900 and G900SE are rugged enterprise cameras designed for businesses in manufacturing, construction, industrial, and other related industries. With features such as 20 megapixels, 5× optical zoom, and water-, dust-, and impact-resistance, these cameras are built to withstand tough working conditions.
G900SE II Connectivity Features
The G900SE II model offers the latest connectivity options including Bluetooth®, wireless LAN, NFC, and GPS to help you take and manage pictures securely and efficiently. It features built-in Bluetooth® version 3.0/4.2 (Bluetooth Low Energy) and IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac 2.4/5 GHz wireless LAN with support for highly secure IEEE 802.1x Wi-Fi authentication and computer encryption certificates. This allows for high-speed wireless connections to computers, smartphones, or a PhotoTag cloud server, allowing you to easily share and manage your image data. The supplied EX2 software or our cloud-based PhotoTag software can be used to automatically rename files based on the content of camera memos, improving file-sharing efficiency.
G900 II Connectivity Features
If you don't need WiFi, Bluetooth, or NFC capabilities, the G900 II model may be a better fit for you, since it doesn't include these features.
Security Features
Security is a top priority with the G900SE II and G900 II. You can password-protect the entire camera or selected features, including the menus, internal memory, or USB connections. SDHC and SDXC memory cards can also be password-protected to reduce the risk of data leaks. Plus, the camera supports MIFARE, FeliCa, and ISO1443 TypeA/B contactless NFC cards, allowing for easy user authentication and access control.
Webcam Functionality and App Support
This camera can be used as a webcam by connecting it to a computer and supports popular apps such as Zoom, Skype, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Cisco WebEx, and Facebook Messenger for clear live streaming images of small subjects. The ring light and the macro shooting function enable images to be taken as close as up to 1 cm from the subject.
